This is by far the most common vinaigrette we use around here, and we use it a lot. Simple to throw together at a moment’s notice and everyone always enjoys it. Fantastic with mixed greens, tomatoes, and croutons.

Ingredients
- 1 cup light olive oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp herbs de provence
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- pinch Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously to bring together. Or use a salad dressing shaker to shake and serve.
