Chipotle hummus

We used to make this one in the restaurant a lot. Easy, spicy, good! Serve with pita chips or other chips.
Ingredients
- 30 oz garbonzos drained
- 3 oz Chipotle in adobe sauce
- 7 oz roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup tahini oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the water in a food processor and blend. Continue to blend and add water to get to the desired consistency.
