Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dill fresh
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp red onion minced
- 6 oz smoked salmon chopped
- kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thoroughly mix the cheese and sour cream together until well incorporated. Add the remaining ingredients and gently combine. Serve with crackers, toasts, crostinis, etc..
