Easy to throw together and a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 28 oz artichoke hearts rough chopped
- 1/2 cup gruyere cheese grated
- kosher salt and fresh pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, except gruyere, in a mixing bowl. Taste. Adjust seasoning as necessary. Place mixture in large ramekin or small casserole dish and top with gruyere. Bake for 25 minutes, then broil until the top is melted and browned.
