Steak seasoning

• Yield: 1 cup

This is a Montreal style steak seasoning, but we use it on several other things as well. Good savory flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp black peppercorns
• 1 tbsp whole coriander
• 1 tbsp whole fennel seeds
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
• 1 tbsp granulated garlic
• 1 tbsp granulated onion
• 1 tbsp dried dill
• 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Use a mortar and pestle to crush the first 4 ingredients together. Combine with remaining ingredients. This spice blend should have a very coarse texture. Place in an airtight container.
